Common questions
I'm not getting any nudge notifications.
Open iOS Settings → Tend → Notifications and confirm they're allowed. Then check Settings inside Tend → Notifications → "Send banners throughout the day" is on. If it's off, you'll only see one morning brief notification per day.
How do I link with my partner?
Both of you need to install Tend and create accounts. From the Today tab, tap the partner icon, generate an invite code, and share it with your partner. They'll enter the code in their copy of the app. Either side can revoke the link at any time; revocation immediately deletes shared data on both devices and on our servers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel from iOS Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Tend. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Advanced → "Delete account". This permanently deletes your account from our servers and wipes all data on the device. If you can't access the app, use the form above with topic "Privacy".
How do I export my data?
Settings → Advanced → "Export my data". You'll get a JSON document of everything we hold on our servers for your account, offered via the system share sheet so you can email it to yourself, save it to Notes, or print it.
The AI suggested something inappropriate.
Tap "Less like this" on the nudge — that's a strong negative signal that reduces similar suggestions. Then please use the form above with topic "Support" and include the nudge text and approximate time so we can investigate whether the safety classifier should have caught it.
